Care GuideAll Lu'ukai products are water friendly, meaning you can dive, surf, swim and sweat without ruining your precious treasures. No need to do anything out of the ordinary, if you spend a lot of time in saltwater it is good to rinse with freshwater after.

How is it shipped?Every Lu'ukai item is shipped beautifully and thoughtfully in a gift bag. We do not use any plastic products for packaging or shipping. We ship in an eco-friendly packaging and we also include free stickers with every order.

Shipping PolicyAll orders are shipped directly from the island of O'ahu in Hawai'i: Please note that during busy periods shipping times may be affected We offer tracked delivery Shipping within the Hawaiian Islands is typically 2-5 business days Shipping to mainland USA is typically 3-7 business days Shipping International is typically 10-20 business days Late or lost orders When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Lu'ukai takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address.

Return PolicyIf you are not happy with your piece of ocean bliss, we do accept returns within 30 days as long as the product is not damaged or look used. We can help exchange the product if you are looking for a different fit. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. You can submit refund requests within 30 days of delivery. You can do it by sending a email to luukaidesigns@gmail.com You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.
